At Foot Of The Mountain, each photographic print is carefully made to order just for you. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece from printing to packaging and delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. We don’t hold stock or operate a showroom, every print is created specifically for you.
Please take care when choosing your artwork, size, and format. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help you select the right piece for your space. You can also refer to our Size Guide for detailed information.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at hello@footofthemountain.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage and the packaging.
We’ll organise a reprint and ensure your replacement arrives safely.
